Your Job

Provide break relief to assigned operator stations; assume full operator role when providing breaks.

What You Will Do

o Ensure timely break relief and adherence to break schedules

o Monitor product quality of parts and meet production rates while performing break relief.

o Perform service part packaging responsibilities as required

o Perform 1st piece inspection, scrap recording

o Assist Supervisor with material handling/movement, product inventory, scrap removal, and other duties as required

o Observe & comply with all safety policies and procedures.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

o High School Diploma / GED

o Be able to keep up with automatic equipment

o Be able to work any shift and all overtime required

o Maintain 5-S Standards

o Be able to obtain a forklift license and safely operate a forklift as needed

Physical Requirements:

o Ability to stand or walk on concrete floor for 8+ hours

o Requires hand, arm, back and leg strength, also bending and squatting

o Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

o Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures & perform work indoors / outdoors as needed

o Must have eye, foot and hand coordination, and be able to do simple grasping, pushing, pulling and fine manipulation

o Must wear steel-toed shoes or boots

o Must have regular and predictable attendance
