We are currently seeking a Back End Preventive Maintenance Leader for our Monticello, MS containerboard facility. This position requires a high level of principled entrepreneurship with a driving desire to create long-term value solutions for our facility. The Preventive Maintenance leader will also need to have a thorough understanding of safe work practices and adhere to maintenance and lubrication requirements of manufacturing equipment. What You Will Do * Lead and direct the preventive maintenance team for the Utilities and Pulp division of the mill * Drive Safe Work Practice and meet Compliance standards, through effective work execution, while personally modeling safe work behaviors * Build maintenance schedules, develop preventive maintenance and lubrication routes that reflect a reliable maintenance strategy * Lead and implement processes, driven to develop sustainable fluid power operations in existing and new equipment * Review maintenance routes for accuracy and identify gaps or opportunities for improvement * Participate in priority and planning meetings, and outage coordination meetings * Participate in specified root cause analysis investigations, to help improve equipment reliability * Coordinate contracted maintenance services pertaining to lubrication processes * Assist in maintaining accurate equipment listing and Bill of Materials * Work week-end duty on rotational basis * Work extended hours and weekends when necessary Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * High School Diploma or GED * Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and ability to learn various maintenance reporting applications * Experience in leading in Maintenance and Precision Based Practices * Experience in troubleshooting mechanical systems in an industrial environment * Willing and able to work extended hours when required, holidays, and weekend duties What Will Put You Ahead * Associates Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Machining or Welding Technologies * Journeymen level experience in fluid power components and mechanical applications * Completion of Reliability Trainings with related certifications * Previous Experience as Maintenance Supervisor * Previous Experience in Asset Suite, Maintenance Software Systems, MAINTelligence * Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing operations equipment for mechanical, hydraulic issues At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
