Summary:
We are seeking a Project Manager Intern to assist in defining, planning, and managing client integration and technology solution projects. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in managing customer onboarding projects, supporting cross-functional teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects from initiation through completion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of all aspects of a large customer onboarding project.
  • Help maintain the project plan in MS Project by updating tasks with progress and alerting task owners to impending deadlines.
  • Assist in setting meeting cadence, preparing agendas, and driving meeting discussions.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders, including IT, Engineering, Operations, Finance, HR, Health and Safety, Security, and Executive Sponsors.
  • Collaborate with customer project management, IT, and operations teams to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Assist in sending status reports to all stakeholders to ensure consistent communication.
  • Support the management of the project budget by tracking and reporting project expenses.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with others without direct authority.
  • Strong ability to organize and lead team efforts and meetings.
  • A sense of urgency and proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite of programs, including MS Project.

Pay Range: $23-$27/hr
*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
