Introducing a new role available in Monroe, LA! Advantage Resourcing is seeking a dedicated Law Office Assistant to join their team. We want to hear from you if you are detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and thrive in a collaborative work environment!

Position Details



  • Salary | $35,000 - $45,000
  • 1st Shift | 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Monday - Friday
  • Temp-to-hire



Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent | 3 years of legal experience | Proficient in legal terminology, procedures, and document formatting | Strong written communication skills | Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite

Law Office Assistant Job Duties:

This position's responsibilities include providing administrative support to personal injury attorneys, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings. Preparing, drafting, and filing legal documents like pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements will also be part of the daily tasks. In addition, maintaining and organizing case files to ensure all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible is essential.
