Are you passionate about data analysis and process improvement? Do you have advanced experience working with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP systems like NetSuite and Bill.com? Staffmark is partnering with a leading company to find a Financial Data Coordinator to join their dynamic team.
This is a remote opportunity for someone who thrives in data-driven roles and has a keen eye for process optimization. If you have a strong background in Excel or Google Sheets and are experienced with systems like NetSuite and Bill.com, we want to hear from you!

Pay Rate: $28-30/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Remote)

Responsibilities:



  • Analyze and review large data sets downloaded from Enveyo, utilizing advanced Excel/Google Sheets functions to manipulate and summarize information.
  • Create detailed reports using pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and other advanced spreadsheet functions to manage billing data.
  • Identify data discrepancies, outliers, and trends, providing clear summaries and recommendations for resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data-related issues and improve the accuracy of billing processes.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of data discrepancies, supporting the invoicing process.
  • Upload and prepare data for integration into NetSuite and assist with Bill.com for accurate invoicing and data entry.



Qualifications:



  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data validation, and other complex functions.
  • Experience with NetSuite and Bill.com or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in large data sets.
  • A proactive, process-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Prior experience in billing, data analysis, or process improvement roles is preferred.
