Staffmark, in collaboration with our esteemed partner in Blue Ash, OH, is in search of a committed Manufacturing Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour. Schedule: 6am-3pm/finish & 6:30am-3:30pm/finish (must be willing to work 6-7 days a week during peak season). Manufacturing Machine Operator responsibilities: Operate and monitor food processing and packaging machinery while ensuring compliance with company standards and safety guidelines. Perform quality checks, adjust machine settings for efficiency, and conduct routine maintenance and cleaning. Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report major malfunctions. Follow food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate production records. Assist with loading and unloading materials, adhere to health and safety regulations, and collaborate with team members to achieve production goals. Qualified candidates will have prior experience.
