Requirements High school diploma/equivalent | 5+ years of cemetery grounds experience | Bilingual in Spanish | A valid Texas driver's license (including a clean driving record) | The ability to operate maintenance equipment including a backhoe and other lawn equipment Bilingual Groundskeeper Essential Tasks: Oversee the care, maintenance, safety, and security of employees, visitors, and the property, ensuring a professional and well-kept appearance. Key responsibilities include training grounds crew on equipment use and OSHA/EPA compliance, ensuring adherence to company policies and family wishes during memorialization processes, and maintaining appropriate dress code standards. Additional duties involve documenting employee performance, managing inventory and equipment logs, overseeing groundskeeping tasks (e.g., installing headstones, pruning, mulching), and performing other assigned duties to uphold the property's upkeep and safety. Must be able to lift between 75 - 100 pounds. Position Details
