Do you have a passion for electronics? Staffmark has teamed up with an electronic assembly company in Vandalia, Ohio, and is seeking a detail-oriented Soldering Technician to join their team. As a Soldering Technician, you will work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to producing high-quality electronic products. Pay: $15.00/hr. 1st Shift Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Friday, 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM The Soldering Technician must be able to interpret written work instructions and perform light assembly tasks with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Utilize soldering pots for wire/lead tinning, trim and form wire leads using hand tools, and conduct visual self-inspections per IPC standards. Requires good hand dexterity, the ability to perform repetitive tasks, and maintain accurate production records while adhering to safety practices (PPE). Teamwork, organization, and the ability to work under pressure are essential, along with completing all assigned duties. Qualified candidate will have six months of related experience and soldering experience. We have tons of perks!
