Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year Shift: Day shift In this role, you will be responsible for processing and issuing employee paychecks, earnings statements, and deductions, while reviewing timecards and wages to detect and reconcile discrepancies. You will assist employees and managers with HR functions on a daily basis, prepare and file payroll tax returns, and maintain accurate attendance records using an online portal. You'll also process and maintain employment records for events such as hiring, termination, transfers, leaves, and promotions using ADP Workforce Now. Additionally, you will analyze data, prepare required reports, and ensure the accuracy of the HRIS database, all while researching and documenting compliance updates. As a key member of the HR team, you will also assist with recruitment, training, development, compensation, and benefits administration, while performing other tasks as needed. Qualifications:
