Summary:

We are seeking a Corporate Real Estate Lease Specialist with exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong background in lease negotiation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high levels of initiative, possess analytical capabilities, and effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive the real estate strategy. Strong knowledge of real estate principles, market dynamics, and project management is essential.

Responsibilities:



  • Maximize the value and utilization of real estate by the strategic planning on real estate investment for corporate business strategy.
  • Prepare the process of site selection, factoring into internal and external changes and business dynamics.
  • Manage lease contract reviews (start to finish), laws/regulations improvement, and negotiations for proposals, RFPs, and lease contracts for current and new office/ showroom spaces.
  • Communicate and report to the CRE team and support CRE team goals.
  • Manage contract reviews and laws/regulations for improvement and negotiation with official institutions.
  • Communicate with related departments and real estate brokers to implement suitable lease spaces factoring into the internal and external market environments.
  • Prepare necessary reports/materials to assist the real estate operations, finance teams & HQ.
  • Conduct moderately complex financial/business analysis.
  • Support construction process and costs, related design & construction to establish business facilities.
  • Use professional judgment and company objectives to resolve complex issues creatively and effectively.
  • Exercise sound judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to obtain results.
  • Works on complex issues where analyzing data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables.
  • Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinates tasks with others
  • Contribute to corporate real estate business and management by establishing systems and managing efficiently.



Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a real estate or related field (Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering and Construction).
  • 5-8 years of overall experience required, with 3+ years of experience within the real estate industry and or corporate real estate, commercial leasing, and/or property management.
  • Knowledge of lease terms and an understanding of real estate principles.
  • Experience in workplace design, strategy, and or project management in corporate office environments is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and apply complex documents affecting real estate projects, including agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings.
  • Knowledge of vertically integrated tracking, management, and reporting systems.
  • Ability to make professional business presentations in writing, through email, reports, or verbally, including complex business and technical matters to an audience.
  • Ability to achieve team objectives, goals, and results within established time frames and requirements.

  • Ability to effectively interact with other internal stakeholders within the organization.
