Payroll and Billing Specialist

Exciting opportunity alert! Our client, a leading oil and gas service company, is looking for a Payroll and Billing Specialist to join their team in Lafayette, LA with Advantage Resourcing. This is your chance to make an impact in a dynamic industry!

Pay: $17 - $19/hour

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Verify timesheets for accuracy in the payroll system.
• Ensure Per Diem and Mileage are processed in accordance with customer contracts and state laws (guidelines will be provided).
• Generate invoices based on payroll records confirmed for billing.
• Enter invoices into SAP Ariba, COUPA, and other client-specific electronic billing systems (EDI experience is a plus).
• Perform any additional billing tasks as required using strong Excel skills.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with payroll or billing systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with EPICOR Kinetic or other payroll and billing software. EDI billing experience is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Excel is required.
• Accuracy in payroll verification and billing is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
