Shift Details



  • Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5 PM
  • Pay | $17 per hour
  • Training Schedule | 9 AM - 4:30 PM for the first 2 days



Requirements | Previous experience working at a call center or in customer service + Comfortable working with technology (computers, phones, and logging into multiple sites)

Daily Tasks:

Take inbound calls. Provide information regarding multiple legal settlements. Follow a script and document call information into a tracking database. Provide excellent customer service. Follow up with messages left by callers by performing outbound calls. Maintain confidential information.
