We are seeking a Records Management Specialist to assist our team with a 12-week project! This person will assist with researching licensure/certification databases for college of Nursing graduates so that pass/fail results can be notated and reported.

During the 12 weeks, it's a full-time, 40-hour per week schedule but there is total flexibility to make your own schedule for whatever hours works best for you! This is the perfect opportunity for someone seeking supplemental income, or anyone that is just seeking a short-term project. This is a project that will repeat at the end of every school semester so the potential to return again in the Fall is there for those wishing to do it again!

Required Skillset:


  • Attention to detail
  • Tech Savvy- Ability to navigate site databases and social media (e.g., search for grads via Facebook, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Willingness to learn about nursing licensure
  • Data entry skills
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative or data entry experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel


Education:


Bachelors Degree Preferred
