About the Internship We are looking for a highly motivated HR Intern who is enthusiastic and interested to learn about a variety of HR areas such as recruiting, benefits, compensation, compliance, communications, and employee relations. Our HR internship is geared towards college students who are driven and excited about gaining a foundation in a variety of HR related areas by working closely with the members of the Corporate HR department management team. In return, the HR Intern will receive hands-on exposure to the inner workings of an HR department. This internship is onsite in New Castle, PA and is designed to be both educational and practical. The HR intern will learn how to take skills acquired in school and apply them in a professional setting. The goal is for the intern to gain a better understanding of HR's role and to be better prepared to work in HR. RESPONSIBILITIES The HR Intern will support the HR Department and learn the practical application of, and be responsible for, the following functions including but not limited to:
