Lead administration, scheduling and volume settlements functions related to gas acquisition and gas transportation programs. Monitor gas supply scheduling, nominations and confirmations across the company's gas management applications and counterparties pipelines. Provide daily demand forecasting model for gas purchases and system net position report. Responsible for the processing, reconciliation, and approval of monthly gas purchases invoices. Oversee processing of business transactions in gas or electric operations and commodity purchasing. Monitor staff workloads and schedule resources to accomplish scheduling, administrative, and volume settlement functions. Assist in the development of Supply Planning functions, including demand forecasting, supply, transportation, and hedging plans. Supervise interstate transportation, capacity release, storage capacity release, and off system transportation throughput. Manage gas contracts and serve as focal point coordinating all administration, scheduling, and volume settlements functions within gas supply to ensure consistent reporting, adherence to all reporting regulations, compliance filings, and interactions within department. Produce formal and informal written and verbal reports and presentations. Design, coordinate, and implement training programs for employees regarding administration, scheduling, and volume settlements. 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.).

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Petroleum Engineering, Economics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: Gas or electric operations, commodity purchasing, scheduling, administration, and planning; and Supply Planning functions, including demand forecasting, daily forecast report, supply, transportation, and hedging plans.

Telecommuting is permitted up to 10% of the time.

Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 10%.
