What you'll do:

Eye Love Optometry is seeking a part-time Optometrist who is empathetic, respectful, and passionate about providing personalized eye care solutions to ensure optimal eye health for every patient. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive vision care to a diverse range of patients, ensuring that each individual receives exceptional service. You will have access to advanced technology, including the Nidek Autorefractor/Autokeratometer, Optos Daytona, Zeiss Cirrus, Lenstar Myopia LS, Olleyes VR Headset, ALM 700 Lensometer, and S4Optik VA-1 Acuity Chart (available in both exam lanes), as well as Nidek TRS-5100 (also in both exam lanes), which will enable you to accurately diagnose and treat a wide range of eye diseases. The position is initially part-time, offering between 24 to 29 hours per week, and the practice is flexible in accommodating the optometrist's schedule.

This position is open to both experienced professionals and recent graduates.

Job Specifications

Typically has the following skills or abilities:

Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D. including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure

1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills

Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service

Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties

Working Conditions
