About the Role

Impact you will make

The Senior Manager, Product Management role is a management position within the Patient Access line of business at FinThrive. This role manages multiple products within two platforms, including evaluating, planning and executing upon new feature function, break fix and driving and monitoring user adoption. Additionally, this role is responsible for continued market analysis including identifying areas of possible investment and building and delivering business cases including cost and financial analysis and the development of requirements. The role reports directly to the Vice President, Product Management.

What you will do



  • Consolidate input from customers, competitors, marketing, sales, customer support, and development teams into market requirements for an assigned Product space
  • Translate market requirements into a product roadmap
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized list of product features
  • Work with Product Owner(s) to translate product roadmap into epics for releases
  • Collaborate on go-to-market activities, such as, pilot/beta engagement, determining KPIs, product demos and documentation, provide input to marketing and sales for product launches
  • Understand product P&L and key drivers for increasing revenue and profitability
  • Analyze market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products
  • Provide subject matter expertise on State and Federal price transparency regulations to internal stakeholders, customers, and the broader healthcare market
  • Manage a Product Owner who will be the direct interface with one or more development teams to execute upon prioritized work
  • Be responsible for the following products:


    • Patient Payment Estimation (Provider Facing)
    • Patient Facing Estimation
    • Price Transparency Machine Readable File




What you will bring



  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Understanding and experience with Agile and product management methodologies
  • Experience conducting market analysis, including building and delivering business cases
  • Comfort presenting to Director and VP level colleagues at both customers and FinThrive
  • Travel required: up to 25% (travel could reach 1 out of every 4 weeks)
