Job DescriptionTexas State Technical College (TSTC) is seeking a visionary Senior Manager of Campus Enrollment for our Harlingen campus. This leadership role is pivotal in driving strategic enrollment growth and fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation. As the Senior Manager, you will oversee a dynamic team of Admissions Advisors, Enrollment Coaches, and Associate Managers, ensuring TSTC's enrollment operations align with our mission to "Place More Texans in Great Paying Jobs." Your expertise will be critical in managing the enrollment pipeline, developing forward-thinking strategies, and guiding your team to meet and exceed ambitious enrollment targets.

Salary Range: $75,643.83-$86,990.40

The final salary offer will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategic Vision (30%)

  • Inspire and lead your team to achieve enrollment targets, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies that remove barriers to enrollment, promote inclusivity, and align with campus priorities.

  • Evaluate team performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), adjusting strategies to ensure success.

Collaboration and Campus Engagement (25%)

  • Partner with campus leaders, the Provost Office, Marketing, Financial Aid, and other departments to streamline processes and enhance the student experience.

  • Represent TSTC at internal and external events, showcasing the college's achievements and building strong community connections.

  • Lead and facilitate open houses, regional events, and outreach programs to attract a diverse student population.

Technology and Innovation (20%)

  • Leverage advanced software and technology to enhance enrollment processes, monitor academic progress, and track financial aid status.

  • Drive innovative solutions to enrollment challenges, utilizing data analytics to inform decisions and develop strategic initiatives.

Strategic Enrollment Planning (15%)

  • Collaborate with program leads and department heads to develop and monitor enrollment goals for the Harlingen campus.

  • Identify program capacities and opportunities for growth, working to ensure alignment with institutional goals and industry needs.

  • Oversee TSTC's Early Alert system to identify at-risk students and implement targeted outreach plans.

Training and Development (10%)

  • Assess training needs for enrollment staff, coordinating comprehensive training programs and professional development initiatives.

  • Provide opportunities for growth and development within your team, creating a pipeline of future leaders.

Education and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience will be considered.

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a supervisory role in enrollment, admissions, or a related field.

    • Demonstrated success in driving strategic enrollment initiatives.

    • Proven experience managing teams in a complex, multi-campus environment.
