Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of multifamily, mixed-use, and hospitality projects.
- Prepare construction drawings, design documents, and technical specifications using Autodesk Revit.
- Assist in zoning research, code compliance, and permitting processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to coordinate project details.
- Support construction administration, including consultant coordination and response to RFIs.
- Ensure design integrity and technical accuracy throughout all project phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience, preferably in multifamily housing design.
- Proficiency in Revit required; experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp preferred.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and permitting processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Architectural registration in progress.
