Gorman & Company is looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support project execution from planning to completion. Working closely with the Project Manager, you'll help manage budgets, schedules, and coordination efforts to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Estimation - Assist in cost estimation, constructability reviews, and value engineering.
- Project Execution - Help manage scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and financial tracking.
- Field Monitoring - Track job progress, troubleshoot issues, and adjust budgets as needed.
- Performance Review - Evaluate costs vs. budgets, document variances, and identify process improvements.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- 2-3 years of construction experience.
- Ability to read blueprints, interpret codes, and understand project phases.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with RFPs, budgeting, and pre-construction processes.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
