Job Summary This role organizes and manages shipping, receiving, storage and distribution of all items and products located and distributed to customers. They maintain high levels of accuracy in day-to-day operations, lead and develop the warehouse team and provide impeccable customer service to our clients. Key Performance Indicators: Principal Duties and Responsibilities * Manage loading and delivery of all products, ensure materials are staged for counting and inspection and ensure reports accurately reflect products shipped to customer * Partner with plant technicians and the sales team for order processing and order accuracy * Manage inventory and order plants and hard goods as required to meet business needs. * Support scheduling of Installers with Operations Management. * Coach, develop and performance manage a team of installers and/or warehouse associates. * Hiring and onboarding of installers and/or * Submit weekly, monthly and yearly reports, as required * Assists with forecasting and monthly financial requirements as needed * Manage and complete service methods and KPI result as part of the leadership scorecard * Manages and assists with Holiday preparations and installations as needed CANDIDATE SUMMARY Required Experience * 2-5 years of warehouse experience required * Supervisor level experience in a customer focused environment preferred. Required Leadership Traits and Characteristics * Strong communication and problem solving skills * Solid customer service skills * The ability to multi-task, analyze situations and develop proactive responses * The ability to handle stress and stress related situations * The ability to work independently, taking the initiative * Strong time management skills * Strong organizational skills * Working computer knowledge Formal Education, Qualifications or Training High School Diploma or equivalent Why Choose Us?
