Intern - Corrosion (2 positions)

Description
Position will assist the Pipeline Integrity and Corrosion group with all projects related to corrosion prevention and perform cathodic protection surveys on WBI's pipeline system. Responsible for placing safety as #1 priority in day-to-day work routine for self and others.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Must be enrolled in a corrosion related post-secondary program and/or related technical program.


OTHER REQUIREMENTS:


  • Must take all measures necessary to protect networks, devices, programs and data from cyber-attack, damage or unauthorized access.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, no sponsorships considered.
  • Requires travel.
  • Required to maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Subject to pre-employment drug testing and background checks.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Must be able to effectively communicate, correspond, and interact with staff.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications.


Offers made between: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
