Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Cybersecurity Risk Assessment Specialist with expertise in Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity frameworks. You will focus on assessing, identifying, and managing cybersecurity risks while ensuring an understanding of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) standards. Additionally, you will help develop a go-to-market strategy, aligning cybersecurity solutions with market needs and customer requirements.

For the right candidate, this position could be worked remotely from any location in the United States.

You will report to the Director of Operations - Global Cybersecurity.

What You Will Do:

  • Consult with Fortune 1000 clients on business goals related to cybersecurity.
  • Conduct in-depth cybersecurity risk assessments across OT environments.
  • Analyze and apply OT cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443, CIS, MITRE ATT&CK) to evaluate security posture and identify vulnerabilities.
  • Work with our teams to recommend risk mitigation strategies based on GRC standards.
  • Develop documentation and reporting for compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
  • Help develop security policies, standards, procedures, and best practices to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Contribute to the solution design of complex business and technical problems.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance cybersecurity awareness and implement best practices.
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to help design and implement a go-to-market strategy that positions cybersecurity solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Take a leadership role in driving internal plans and passion projects that improve us, strengthen our community and better our people.
  • Support the broader team in creating deliverables and facilitating workshops and meetings.
  • Be the communication bridge between the business and technical team.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally between 20% and 80%.

The Preferred - You May Also Have:

  • 2+ years of experience within OT cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, IEC 62443, CIS, MITRE ATT&CK).
  • 2+ years in risk assessments, compliance audits, gap assessments, and security control evaluation, GRC, OT security practices, and market strategy development.
  • Experience developing security policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to assess and address security risks in industrial and operational settings.
  • Experience with compliance frameworks such as NERC CIP, HIPAA, GDPR, and CMMC.
  • Experience in High-Tech and Industrial Manufacturing industries.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them to the technical team.

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $95,520 - $143,880 with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary. Our company benefits for the US can be found at www.raquickfind.com. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
