Job Description

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary post-sale point of contact for our customers. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of our customers industry, business processes, and the product being sold to drive and increase the adoption and utilization of our cyber services. You will work in a hybrid environment, and will report to the Director of Customer Success, Verve.

What You Will Do:

  • Be the Subject Matter Expert by providing internal and external expertise in dashboarding, data visualization, and data interpretation.
  • Develop client dashboards and visualizations including the design and implementation of dashboards that align with clients' short-term objectives and long-term strategic goals.
  • Deliver customer training, educating Verve customers on product features, functionalities, and best practices for optimal usage.
  • Create automated reports and alerts by developing scheduled reports and alerting mechanisms based on client expectations and project requirements.
  • Support client data troubleshooting including being responsible for training clients on building dashboards and visualizations while assisting in resolving data-related issues.
  • Collaborate with Product Development by engaging with the Verve development team to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new feature development.
  • Enhance customer offerings by leveraging expertise in platform data to explore innovative ways to improve the customer experience.
  • Work with clients through in-person meetings, phone calls, and written communication to develop solutions, address challenges, and provide progress updates.
  • Recognize potential for product expansion, additional installations, or managed service offerings.
  • Collaborate with our teams to provide status updates and ensure seamless project execution.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred - You May Also Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technology-related field.
  • 2+ years of experience with Kibana or other similar visualization tools - Proficiency in creating dashboards and visualizations using Kibana or equivalent software.
  • Experience leveraging reporting and visualization tools to support cybersecurity initiatives and compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact directly with clients to meet project timelines and defined scope of work.
  • Ability to translate complex technical topics and data into clear, non-technical language for diverse audiences.
  • 2+ years of experience delivering training sessions to clients on product usage.
  • Proven track record of working with both internal teams and external clients.
  • 2+ years of experience with operational or in an OT environment.
  • Professional level speaking experience in either Spanish or Portuguese
