Automation Engineering Intern This position will support the sustainment and development of Bal Seal Engineering's automated production and inspection equipment. The position requires a "Hands On" approach that will involve actively managing day to day production equipment issues, support of continuous improvement initiatives along with projects focused on machine upgrades, and new machine development. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, good problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work collaboratively across the organization. Pay range is $22-25 per hour depending upon experience. Operating as an independent division of the Bloomfield, CT-based Kaman Corporation, Bal Seal Engineering is "a Kaman company."
