The purpose of the CTS Maintenance PM Coordinator position is to ensure that our CTS Fleet is operating in the safest condition, meeting all DOT regulations, maintaining a professional appearance. Fleet uptime will also be a top priority so we can service our customers to the standards they require. All CTS problems must be solved taking the budget, environment and safety into consideration.

1st Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Job duties include contact with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, and vendors.

This position is responsible for supporting the Maintenance Manager in the daily coordination of activities in the CTS Maintenance department, while also ensuring all the electric pallet jack PM's and repairs are completed in a timely fashion. This position is also responsible for supporting the CTS fleet by ensure trailer PM's get done in a timely fashion. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Ensuring all pallet jack PM's are completed on time.
  • Ensuring all pallet jack repairs are completed in a timely fashion.
  • Ensuring all fleet FHWA inspections are in compliance.
  • Ensuring trailer repairs and tire work are being performed safely and completed on time daily.
  • Ensuring CTS inventory is at appropriate levels daily.
  • Participating in monthly Rx training updates in order to support continuous improvement in Rx.
  • Participating in monthly Safety training updates in order to support continuous improvement in Safety; and
  • Maintaining the highest level of safety in relation to the job duties performed within the CTS department and Operations.
  • Tracking trailers daily to ensure they are in constant use.
  • Work with outside vendors to ensure repairs are done in a timely fashion.


Minimum Requirements:



  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Have at least one (1) year of experience in leadership role(s), supervising others, or leading teams
