• Level 1- Estimated annual base pay: $111,600.00(minimum) - $139,500.00(midpoint) - $167,400.00(maximum)
• Level 2-Estimated annual base pay: $126,000.00(minimum) - $157,500.00(midpoint) - $189,000.00(maximum)

As the Continuous Improvement Manager, you and your team will be integral to driving the performance and growth of the RCC Space Team. Our sophisticated products play a vital role in the reaction control systems that govern the orbit and maneuvering of satellites and spacecraft around Earth. Manufactured in our cutting-edge facility, these precision-engineered valves undergo rigorous quality control measures to ensure unmatched reliability and safety in critical aerospace applications.

What You Will Be Doing

• Drives a strategic mindset and commitment to continuous improvement across the Space Operations (defines improvement goals, establishes accountability through QDRC metrics, uses Lean/Six Sigma tools and techniques to continually improve processes and business results
• Provide leadership to direct reports by leading, managing, supporting and coaching members ensuring continual development of competencies.
• Collaborate with other CI organizations across Woodward to ensure alignment of the CI, Lean/Six Sigma philosophies and methodologies
• Plan and manage resources to profit plan and capital plan.

What We Are Looking For

Level 1

• US - Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)
• 5 plus years professional experience in a manufacturing and/or assembly & test environment
• Demonstrated success in implementing Lean/Six Sigma concepts

Level 2

• US - Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)
• 5 plus years Professional experience in a manufacturing environment and/or assembly & test environment
• Demonstrated success in implementing Lean/Six Sigma concepts
• Prior leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
