The Senior Measurement Analyst, working under limited supervision, is responsible for monitoring production reports to gather information necessary for preparing and closing final monthly volume statements. The role receives and tracks the receipt of electronic meter data files measuring natural gas and crude oil volumes and conducts quality control measures for data associated with meters measuring hydrocarbon production. The role collects, analyzes, and reports management data to support decisions on day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and specific business performance issues and improvements. The role initiates the analysis and investigation of LUAF (Lost and Unaccounted-for) swings on physical pipeline balances, working closely with Operations and Measurement Technical Services to resolve issues efficiently. The role resolves issues such as missing or corrupt data and balancing discrepancies using Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) software expertise and strong relationships with field teams.

* Assists with the comprehensive compilation and preparation of internal and external audit materials, ensuring meticulous attention to detail, adherence to regulatory standards, and effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Cultivates and nurtures robust interdepartmental relationships within the organization, as well as strategic partnerships with third-party companies, fostering a collaborative environment aimed at ensuring the timely and accurate closure of measurements.
* Collects, analyzes and reports management data to support decisions on day-to-day operations, strategic planning and specific business performance issues and improvements.
* Gathers, models, interprets, and analyzes data, explaining variances and trends, and identifies and documents improvements to modeling techniques.
* Verifies and processes gas and oil volumes daily, addressing any discrepancies or exceptions in measurement data while adhering to documented procedures, ensuring accuracy in volume calculations.
* Collects and reviews gas analysis data for compliance with gas quality, heating value (BTU), and contractual performance requirements, ensuring regulatory adherence.
* Utilizes FlowCal, TESTit, FMS, Cygnet Vision, and PI software to analyze and trend electronic flow measurement data, guaranteeing precise volume calculations and identifying potential inaccuracies.
* Participates in the analysis and investigation of LUAF (Lost and Unaccounted-for) swings on physical pipeline balances, collaborating with Operations and Measurement Technical Services for resolution.
* Works under limited supervision, leads concurrent projects, mentors less-experienced measurement analysts, and initiates change, driving improvements within the discipline.
* Identifies, diagnoses, and recommends solutions independently, collaborates across disciplines, and demonstrates advanced measurement project management skills, contributing to company performance and goals.
* Imports and evaluates meter proving, meter calibration, and closes both liquid and gas production data, and performs PPAs as needed, taking initiatives to learn, use, and build new analytical skills and software tools - PowerBI, SQL queries, etc

Education:
* Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Data Management or Data Science or any other related discipline and/or commensurate work experience is required.

Experience:
* 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in E&P Operations specializing in areas such as Field Operations Measurement and Measurement Standards or a related field. Industry experience is preferred.
