Job Description:

We are a well-established stormwater contracting company based in Gaithersburg, MD, seeking hardworking and dependable laborers to join our team. This role involves working on various stormwater management projects, including construction, maintenance, and repair of stormwater systems.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of stormwater management systems, including pipes, drains, and retention ponds.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Perform physical labor, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and environmental regulations.
• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
• Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
