• Interact with Owners, Guests, Staff, Contractors, Delivery Services
• Perform package management
• Complete Security Rounds
• Enforce Community Policies Consistently
• Ensure Smooth Operation of the Building
• Flexibility a plus, including evening, graveyard, weekend shifts.
