Director - Radiology Support Services - Hamilton, NJ

Job Overview:

Our RWJ facility in Hamilton, NJ is looking for a Director of Radiology Services. This individual would oversee all radiology professionals within the facility. It is a Full-Time, in-person position.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Completion of Accredited Radiologic Technology Program;
• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Radiologic Technology or Business Administration required; Master s Degree preferred;
• Registered with ARRT, or certification by State of New Jersey in Radiologic Technology;
• Minimum of five years experience in Radiology Department and a minimum of three years in a supervisory program,
• Employee relations experience and strong leadership skills are required,
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills,

Scheduling Requirements:

• Shift working, 9:00 5:00 each day
• Days to work
• FT

Essential Functions:

• Provides Leadership, Vision, Strategy and Direction in regards to effectively fulfilling the goals and objectives of the Department of Radiology,
• Effectively communicates information, appropriates and utilize resources and manages the department leadership staff and services in order to institute industry best practices,
• Directs staff and operational expenses in the department,
• Establishes annual goals and objectives for the department in conjunction with supervisors, Medical Directors and Hospital Administration,
