Director - Mental Health, Adult Outpatient (Licensed Psychologist Needed)

Job Overview:

Trinitas Medical Center is looking for a Director for our Mental Health - Adult Outpatient unit. Located in Elizabeth, NJ, this is a fantastic opportunity for a leadership position within the Behavioral Health space.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Licensed psychologist,

• Two years administrative experience within the Mental Health and/or Behavioral Health Space

Certifications and Licenses Required:

• Licensed Psychologist within NJ

Scheduling Requirements:

• Monday - Friday
• 40 hours/week, 8am- 5pm
• Full-Time Schedule

Essential Functions:

• Provides day to day oversight of the Psychology internship program

• Manages the interviewing, ranking and match of prospective interns

• Supervises psychology interns both in group and individually,

• Distributes and manages program evaluations and incorporates feedback into program development

• Manages the wellness rotation for the linden school contract and provides parents workshops as indicated,

• Maintains an outpatient caseload,

• Acts as a liaison with APPIC Association of Psychology Postdoctoral and Internship Centers and provides timely submission of all necessary information in regard to the internship program,
