The Opportunity: As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will apply best practices to manage HR deliverables and initiatives for our business to consumer division. By partnering with our HR Center of Excellence teams, you will gain insight to enable you make impactful decisions relating to organizational and leadership development. Your successful background in administering succession planning activities, engagement strategies and retention initiatives within client organizations will come in handy. As an HRBP, you will own the prevention and resolution of employee relations issues. As you execute company-wide programs and HR initiatives, you will apply decision making skills to proactively manage employee lifecycles and ensure a positive employee experience.
