International Field Automation Manager

Fives Bronx Inc. has openings for International Field Automation Manager at its facility in North Canton, Ohio.Job duties include: 1. Installation and commissioning of equipment for the tube and pipe industry. Control and manage technological processes during equipment start-up and customer acceptance & performance testing.2. Setup and performance tune of electrical controls hardware and software for fluid pressure intensification systems used in hydrostatic high pressure testing equipment.3. Evaluate and apply American Petroleum Institute (API) standards during commissioning and final acceptance of tube mill and finishing equipment.4. Work with equipment axillary systems using Variable frequency drives (VFD), hydraulic and pneumatic valving and feedback control devices to achieve equipment functionality and cycle time.5. Design, modify, test, and troubleshoot Programming Logic Controller (PLC) systems, Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems, and high-level communications systems using Siemens and Allen-Bradley control tools.Position requires: 5 years work experience in the tube industry in the position of Plant Electrical or Automation Technician or Manager, or Field Automation Manager. 5 years of experience is required in each of the following: 1. Controlling and managing installation, commissioning, start-up, and customer acceptance & performance testing of equipment in the tube and pipe industry.2. Working with electrical controls hardware and software for fluids pressure intensification systems used in high pressure hydrostatic testing equipment.3. Utilizing API standards for commissioning and final acceptance of tube mill and finishing equipment at customers sites.4. Optimizing and troubleshooting VFD controls, hydraulic and pneumatic valving for speed and position control for functionality and cycle time.5.
