The Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Appraisal Operation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with appraisal department team members to provide collateral evaluations that support loan-making and servicing. You will also serve as a key facilitator, ensuring seamless workflow and communication between internal staff and external resources.

What You Need:

• Experience: Reading, platting and identifying legal descriptions and experience in appraisal operations or a related field is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Skills: Ability to communicate complicated information to customers and exceed customer expectations.
