Assistant/Associate Professor of Counseling

Southeastern Louisiana University's Department of Health & Human Sciences invites applications for the position of Assistant/Associate Professor of Counseling. Responsibilities will include teaching graduate counseling courses, advising and mentoring students, supervising practicum and/or internship classes, engaging in scholarly activity, engaging in University/community service, and participating in all aspects of the program's administration.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Doctorate in Counseling from a CACREP accredited university by hire date
• LPC-eligible in Louisiana

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Teaching and supervision experience
• Focus in School counseling or Marriage, Couple, and Family counseling
• Interest in teaching assessment
