Moravian University (www.moravian.edu), the nations sixth oldest college institution and the fastest-growing university in the region, seeks an Institutional Registrar. Reporting to the Provost, the Institutional Registrar is responsible for planning, managing, supervising, reporting, and advising on all activities related to academic records, conferral of degrees, course registration, classroom schedules, and related areas. The Institutional Registrar creates and maintains collaborative working relationships with institutional leadership, faculty, and staff, and supports University programs and policies as established by federal, state, administrative, and academic entities. The Institutional Registrar supports a student-center office that creates an appropriate balance between ensuring compliance with the implementation of forward-looking practices, moving the registrars office to a modern, innovative office serving an increasingly complex university environment. The registrar acts as a central communication resource for academic and policy information related to student records management. The Institutional Registrar is responsible for the maintenance and integrity of academic records. This position serves as the institutional registrar for all institutional divisions.
