The Position
2025 Summer Intern - Cell and Tissue Genomics Department Summary The Department of Cell and Tissue Genomics (CTG) is seeking a highly talented, creative, and motivated summer intern to analyze cutting-edge spatial transcriptomics and histopathology data. The candidate will collaborate closely with members of the department to develop new algorithms for and extract biological insights from single cell and spatial transcriptomics datasets. This internship position is located in South San Francisco, onsite The Opportunity

Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting. The expected salary for this position based on the primary location ofCalifornia is $50 hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
