Membership Director

The Membership Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and engage members of the Chamber. This role requires a passionate individual with a strong understanding of member needs and a commitment to building relationships within the business community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute membership recruitment and retention strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective members.
• Conduct outreach to local businesses to promote Chamber membership benefits.
• Organize and host engagement events, workshops, and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with the President & CEO to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Track membership data and prepare reports on growth, retention, and engagement.
• Provide excellent customer service to members and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Represent the Chamber at community events and meetings to enhance visibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or experience in marketing and communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in membership development, sales, or customer relations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build relationships and network within the community.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and membership management software.
