DESCRIPTION Central Coast Community Energy (3CE) is seeking an experienced Principal Management Analyst to join our team! Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will display excellent leadership skills and the ability to navigate complex business environments. This role will involve collaboration across departments, management of key projects, and facilitation of communication between the executive team, departments, and stakeholders. The Principal Management Analyst serves as a Special Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and will lead and implement executive initiatives, coordinate strategic planning and communication as well as cross-functional initiatives to ensure the successful implementation of the CEO’s vision. The position will track key initiative progress while leading and executing special projects. This position will provide regular information and deliverables to help the CEO focus on high-impact tasks that align with strategic goals. This includes strategically assessing and framing ideas/concepts, helping to prioritize and execute, facilitating change, organizing and prioritizing critical issues and required information to facilitate efficient decision-making as well as supporting reporting and analyses. About the Position Under administrative direction, provides complex and highly responsible administrative support to the CEO; performs varied professional level administrative and research work connected with the management and improvement of agency operations; plans, coordinates and participates in various program and administrative operations and activities having a agency-wide impact; and performs related work as required. Ability to:
Education Bachelor’s degree, from an accredited college or university in business, accounting, public administration, or a related field depending on the area of assignment; and, Experience Five (5) years of professional experience in public or business administration, public affairs, or a related field with at least two (2) years in a leadership or Chief of Staff role. LICENSE: Possession of or the ability to obtain a valid California Class "C" Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record is required.
