Under the direction of the Vice Dean of Academic Affairs (Vice Dean) the Program Director, Competitive Advocacy Program (Program Director) will advise and oversee the administration of California Western School of Law’s (CWSL) student-run Moot Court Honors Board (MCHB), assist in managing and providing logistical support for all of CWSL’s Trial Practice Program. The Program Director will teach one advocacy course each term as determined by the Vice Dean. The Program Director must be flexible and available for frequent evening and weekend hours, especially during peak periods throughout the school term. Qualifications:

Compensation: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 Annual Salary Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the law school reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the law school anticipates paying for this position, based on internal equity and budget.
