As a per diem, nonexempt Speech Language Pathologistwith CPS Solutions, LLC Rehabilitation Services teamat Parrish Medical Center, you are responsible for the administration and direct application of Speech-Language pathology treatment modalities as prescribed by a referring physician. Duties include evaluating, planning, directing, and treatingall patients referred to Speech-Language Pathology. In this role, you will assist patients to obtain maximum performance and function in society while learning to live a routine "normal" life within the constraints of their disability.

Schedule:This per diem, nonexempt position is scheduled to work 2 weekend shifts per month and possible weekday coverage as needed.

Salary Range: $45-$60 per hour (with possible shift differential). Based on experience

This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.

About the Rehabilitation Department: Department core hours are Monday-Sunday from 7:00am-5:00pm and as needed to support acute care hospital rehab staff.

Required Qualifications:



  • Master's degree from an accredited college in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Florida Speech Language Pathologist license in good standing
  • At least one year of acute care experience preferred


Hospital Requirements: (may include)



  • (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof ofnegativeTB skin test within thelast 12 months
  • (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
  • Varicella -(2)documented doses or A Blood Titer proving immunity
  • (Flu) Influenza-acceptance or declination for hires between Oct 1st-April 30th
  • Respirator FIT Mask Test - Onsite
  • Color test
  • COVID vaccination
