As a per diem, nonexempt, CPS Solutions, LLC Staff Pharmacist, you will fill orders with accuracy; check technician-prepared products before release; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy.

Schedule: This position will 8 to 16 hours per month with an availability to work during the week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am to 2pm and on call on weekends.

Starting Pay: $61 - $63 per hour, (Depending on related work experience).

About the facility: Generations Behavioral Health is a 28-bed acute geriatric psychiatry hospital, that provides comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for adults 50+ years in age, who are experiencing emotional, cognitive, or behavioral symptoms. These may include memory loss, mood disturbances, anxiety, difficulty coping with losses and transitions, or behavioral conditions that interfere with care at home or in a long-term care setting.The environment and programming are tailored to meet the specific and sensitive needs of senior adults, including both mental health and medical conditions.The treatment team includes at Generations Behavioral Hospital includes psychiatrists, internal medicine physicians, registered nurses, mental health techs, mental health assistants, recreational therapists, social workers, as well as other specialty services as needed. The structured program includes use of a multi-sensory environment, leisure activities, as well as music and expressive therapies. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.

About the Pharmacy: The Pharmacy is open from Monday through Friday 8:00am to 2:00pm and Saturday and Sunday - on call.

Required Qualifications:

• Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy; PharmD preferred
• Current Pharmacist license in good standing in Ohio
• Successful completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency program strongly preferred
• Experience as a Pharmacist in aHospital setting preferred
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns
• Demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in a work setting
• Experience using computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and pharmacy information systems
• Effective communications skills; verbal and written

Hospital Requirements: (may be required)

• (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof ofnegativeTB skin test within thelast 12 months
• (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer provingimmunity
• Varicella -(2)documented doses or A Blood Titer proving
• HepB3 Series(or declination)
• (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1^st-April 30^th
• COVID Vaccine
