As a full time, exempt CPS Solutions, LLC Director of Pharmacy, youwill oversee all pharmacy operations including planning, organizing, controlling, and supervising activities, according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and state and federal laws. You will recommend innovations in the practice and function of the pharmacy to hospital administration and carry out mutually agreed upon programs with assistance from a full support team.

Schedule: This position will work full time 40 hours per week with some on call availability.

Starting Pay: $140,000 - $160,000 annually, (Depending on related work experience) + Bonus eligibility.

About the Facility: North Ottawa Community Health System, now Trinity Health Grand Haven, located in Grand Haven, Michigan, is an 88-bed acute care Hospital with a variety of inpatient, outpatient and support services. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-dayoperations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.

About the Pharmacy: The Pharmacy is open for Regular inpatient pharmacy hours of operation of Monday to Friday 8:00am to 8:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 8:00am to 4:30pm, and on call. Regular Retail pharmacy hours of operation of Monday to Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am to 12:00pm. Emergency Dept.-After hours pharmacy hours 6:00pm to 2:00am, Sunday to Thursday.

Required Qualifications:

• BS or PharmD from an accredited School of Pharmacy
• Michigan Pharmacist licensure in good standing
• Controlled Substance licensure in the state of Michigan
• Management experience in a healthcare/hospital environment
• Successful completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency program strongly preferred
• Ability to solve problems, establish trust and credibility.
• Demonstrated teaching, relevant professional publications and involvement with Professional organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, respond to client concerns and work cooperatively with other staff.

Hospital Requirements: (may be required)

• (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof ofnegativeTB skin test within thelast 12 months
• (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer provingimmunity
• Varicella -(2)documented doses or A Blood Titer proving
• HepB3 Series(or declination)
• (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1^st-April 30^th
• COVID Vaccine
