As a per diem,nonexempt CPS Solutions, LLC StaffPharmacist, you will fill orders with accuracy; check technician-prepared products before release; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy.

Schedule: This position can work up to 19 hours per week and at least 4 hours per month. This position will provide coverage and schedule will vary.

Starting Pay: $60 - $65 per hour, (Depending on related work experience).

About the Facility: Beckett Springs is a behavioral health hospital located in the Cincinnati-area township of West Chester, Ohio, which provides inpatient and outpatient programming for those facing mental health and addiction challenges. Programs offer caring, compassionate treatment for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, as well as specialized programming for active-duty military, veterans, first responders, and other high-risk frontline professionals. Services include inpatient mental health and addiction treatment, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and Help for Heroes. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-dayoperations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.

About the Pharmacy: The Pharmacy is open Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Required Qualifications:



  • Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy.
  • Current Pharmacist license in good standing in the state of Ohio.
  • Successful completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency program preferred.
  • Experience as a Pharmacist in a Hospital setting preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns.
  • Experience using computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and pharmacy information systems.


Hospital Requirements: (may be required)



  • (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof ofnegativeTB skin test within thelast 12 months
  • (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer provingimmunity
  • Varicella -(2)documented doses or A Blood Titer proving
  • HepB3 Series(or declination)
  • (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th
  • COVID Vaccine
