PARALEGAL (CONTRACT POSITION) TRIBAL LEGAL DEPARTMENTPABLO, MT.The successful applicant must have a B.S. degree and/orcompletion of an accredited paralegal program. A minimum oftwo (2) years of Paralegal experience, and a minimum oftwo (2) years of litigation background. Knowledge of andapplication of legal research tool, legal theories, and civillitigation. Strong knowledge of Indian law. Knowledge of Tribalpolicies and procedures. Ability to proof read legal documentseffectively. Ability to check legal citations and to verify if thecites are still relevant legal precedent.
