The College of Nursing at the University of South Carolina is seeking a visionary leader to serve as the Associate Dean for Access, Belonging, and Community Engagement (ABC). This dynamic role is central to our commitment to creating an enriching and supportive space for students, faculty, and staff. As the Associate Dean, you will lead the charge in developing evidence-based initiatives that promote diversity and belonging, enhance recruitment and retention of underrepresented groups, and create a comprehensive strategic plan aligned with our mission. Your leadership will shape inclusive pedagogies and the Colleges diversity initiatives, making a tangible impact on the future of nursing. This is a 50% administrative appointment.
