Be in good standing in the jurisdictions in which the attorney is admitted to practice law. Three (3) years of experience practicing law as anattorney. Significant experience drafting codes, statutes, orordinances, particularly related to criminal justice.Demonstrated extensive knowledge of Indian Law, includinguse of customs and traditions, sovereignty, self-governance, and sovereign immunity. Demonstrated record of reliabilit and professionalism. Demonstrated ability to work bothindependently and collaboratively.
