The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accessible. This role requires proficiency in data entry tasks, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines. Responsibilities Input and update data into databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy. Transcribe information from various sources into electronic formats. Collect and verify data to ensure completeness and correctness. Utilize Excel for data manipulation, including the use of pivot tables for reporting purposes. Maintain organized files and records to facilitate easy retrieval of information. Assist in the development of data collection systems to optimize data management processes. Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity across all platforms. Requirements Proficiency in data entry with a strong understanding of database management systems. Basic math skills for data verification tasks. Experience with Excel, including the ability to create and manage pivot tables. Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed. Ability to transcribe information efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
