Legal Assistant - Estate Planning/Probate/Trust Administration

Our busy law firm is looking for an efficient, organized legal assistant to assist our attorneys and clients in estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters. Responsibilities:

• Provided legal and administrative support for estate planning, probate, trust administration, guardianship, and business organization
• Prepare legal pleadings and forms, client correspondence, and provide calendar management for attorney
• Conduct extensive communication with clients, advisors, executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and court personnel
• Manage and track multiple cases to meet deadlines
• Conduct client billing and manage accounts payable and receivable
• Maintain online e-filing system

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a law firm.
• Paralegal Certificate or Degree or equivalent experience in area of estate planning preferred
• Ability to comfortably use all Microsoft Office products
